Stay or leave

The decision to leave seems so easy when the day to make the final decision is still far away. Have to make the decision by next week, should i or should i not?

Pros of leaving:
1. Higher pay now
2. Lesser workload i suppose
3. More overseas opportunities
4. CFA will be sponsored
5. More bonus
6. Dun have to go thru all the shit during peak

Cons of leaving:
1. New environment
2. Lower pay in the future
3. leaving my dear friends
