a great week

I have not blog for a pretty long time even thou i have been "nua-ing" in the office for the past one week. As we are not considered on the job training anymore, we will charge $140 per hour for anyone who book us to do anything. Ha, since the aug and sep batch are still free, of cos nobody book us to do anything which also means we can really seat there and do nothing. But once in a while, my colleague will ask me to help him do things for free which i am more than happy to do so. It is much better than seating there, waiting for time to crawl by.

First of all, i would like to thank all my colleagues who celebrated my birthday with me in the office on wednesday. They are Jiajing, Huiru, Wei leong, Ruolin, Zhiyue, Junting, May jin and beloved liping who are miraculously born on 10th sep too. Ha, thanks for rushing to international plaza to buy the cake after lunch!

After work on wed, i met up with my sec sch friends (huiyee, jiawen, xinying and glo) at a pub near my house. The food there is great! Ha, yee bought me something which she deems as ugly but i think its very cute! Now then i realise its a tofu (thanks to liping). Very funny, we go pub but we nvr drink. We ate their deserts in the end instead of drinking cos they look really nice.

I didnt went to work on thurs cos i decide to do my e-learning at home and claim the e-learning hours. All was well but at around five plus, my mentor partner email me : "Where are u? Can i see u now?" For the info of those not in audit, partner in an audit firm holds a even higher position than senior mgr. Once i see that email, i am very sian, quickly change to office clothings and took a cab down back to office. Really suay man! But lucky in the sense that he wanted to see me not bcos he want to scold me. He just realise that i got first class honours and his boss ask him to to give me more exposure but yet not give me so much stress that i quit. Then, he ask me want to go beijing or nanjing. Actually, i was very stressed after hearing his words. I do not need special attention leh, just treat me the same as anyone else as qualifications does not equal working capability. Moreover, i was still telling yee they all that i plan to quit next yr, muahaha. Of cos i nvr tell my partner this. I used to think that i just want to be a successful career woman, nothing else matters. But now to me, being happy is the most impt. Money and status is not that impt after all. So what if u earn alot but u spend most of yr time working and dothing nothing else? I rather spend my time with my family and doing things that i like. I really hope i can open a boutique of my own at orchard road one day, haha, fat hope right?

Finally met all my uni clique friends on thurs nite. It has been a long time since everyone is present. We went to eat at crystal jade, love their salad prawn! I love the present that u guys get for me, haha, its a bra from triumph. I wanted to get that but just couldnt bear to spend that money cos $50+ for a bra is really too ex for me so thanks so much for buying it for me.

Tonite will be celebrating my birthday with another group of friends, thanks pals! Tml will be flying off to taipei le, so happy that i will be celebrating my birthday there! Ha, but heard from the news that they will be having a demonstration against ah bian at the taipei 101 area. Oh no, plz dun block the traffic, i wanna go New York New York to have my lunch one! Ha, but if i can witness the demonstration, it will be pretty cool too! I will try to remember all the things that u guys want me to get k? Pineapple tarts for junting, pineapple cake for janet, hair clips for su yi, cardigan for jj, wa bing for my partner, snacks for my mentor grp and colleagues, stickers for ru, earrings for yee, i didnt miss out anyone right? If i did, plz sms me asap.
