Day 1

We reached our hotel at seven plus and the rooms are cool, got big big plasma tv and a nice bed but my room is quite small. After that, we went to do some admin stuff which is the collection of our train tickets. By the time we went back to ximending, it was already around ten. We decided to go and eat ma la steamboat for our dinner, its really spicy, jj eat until she got sausage lips, muahaha.

Day 2

We took the railway for three hours to hualien which we then took the bus of the farm to go into the farm. I went to the farm before so nothing is really new to me but this time i did manage to go to parts of the farm which i nvr went the other time. Let the pics tell u all what is in the farm ba:

At night, we went to the hotspring of the farm, even thou it is not a natural hotspring, it is still very shiok! Playing UNO in the room:

Day 3

This day morning, we left the farm to hualien railway station. It was raining cats and dogs when we reached there and it was so hard to find a shelter there so we were all wet! The driver, Mr Chen came and fetch us to tour around hualien. He brought us to Taroko Gorge to look at the abstract art of the rocks. After Taroko, we went to Seven Star lake, nothing much there actually and i think i went there before. The highlight of the day is in the night where we went over to our stonehouse minsu to stay. The place is fantastic, really big and nice. Mr Chen brought us to watch a traditional dance by tai ya zu and it was the first time i saw a really handsome guy in taiwan! Ha, my friend is very sad cos at the end of the dance, we can take photos with the dancers but that handsome guy did not join in for the photo taking session. After the dance, we went back to the minsu to play yan huo, it was really a fantastic experience since we can never do that in singapore.

Guess what is this? Ha, its our tian deng, flying in the air carrying all our wishes with it...

Day 4

On this day, Mr Chen continued to bring us around. All of us are damn tired so we dun really appreciate whats going on around us. He brought us to the top of li san where we practically can touch the clouds! It was so so cold up there, only 8 degree and i am wearing slippers, cool rite? After that, he brought us to a farm where we can take photos with sheeps. The mountain roads are really terrible, feel like vomitting along the way! Ha, very funny, one of the sheeps stepped on my friend's foot and my friend was screaming like hell! After that, we went to Puli winery and sun moon lake. I was feeling terrible that day esp after experiencing the 8 degree cold and the mountain roads. Mr Chen bought a bottle of medicine for me and i felt really much better after drinking that! Really appreciate his care and concern during the two days and felt so guilty about thinking that he is going to cheat our money at first! Would also like to thank him for his tolerance esp when we are so non-responsive. Most of us are actually sleeping when he is talking! My camera died off so i dun have any pics taken on this day, will upload when i get the photos from my friend.

Day 5

We stayed in Taichung on the previous night and in the morning, we make our way to their gao tie station to take the bullet train back to taipei. The train is really posh with lots of leg space but the speed is just like mrt in singapore, haha. After going back to hotel to put down our things, we went to Taiwan Storyland at K Mall. This place is cool as it features things that u can find in the fifties or sixties. After that, we shop around the underground mall at zhong xiao area. Things there is pretty ex except for shoes but i nvr really see any shoes that i really like there. At night, we went to Gong Guan where i bought three tops and a dress there. After shopping at gong guan, we went to shi da ye shi to have our dinner. Theres alot of shops selling clothes at the night market too but we dun have the time to shop around. As i was still having fever, my friends decided to go back to our hotel early so that i can rest. So sorry about it, if not u all can shop more!
