emotioanl hijack

Even though i am reading the book on emotional intelligence, i still let my emotions get the better of me today. As i was working from home today, my sis used the computer for awhile and as she closed her excel file, mine file is closed too and i have not saved it. At that point of time, i was super angry cos that means i have to do the calling all over again and so before i can think, i shouted at her already. Really regretted after doing that cos it is not entirely her fault too as i should have saved the file. Dearie sis seems very upset after i shouted at her and she keep hiding in my mum's room. But, i went to talk to her after that which break the tension between us. Hee, sorry sis, i love u !

Today, i tried to talk to my grandma too. Talking to her kill alot of my brain cells cos firstly, she like to disagree with what i say and secondly, i cannot express myself myself well in
Teochew.
