doctors

I find that bai se ju tai is a very thought provoking show, every time after watching one episode, it sets me thinking about alot of issues. In today's ep, it make me think whether doctors should be made responsible when they are negligent during operations. I learn about the law of tort in business law module which state about the ways to determine whether professionals will be held legally accountable when they are negligent. However, besides the issue of law, i feel that there is a humanitarian view to it too. Doctors are also humans who will also make mistakes at times so should we really hold them accountable and not give them a chance? But if we really give them chances, will this increase the chances of negligence taking place? This is really a tough question and i know there are no definite answer to this but i still cant help thinking abt it, haha....

I am gg to taiwan and hong kong for my graduation trip. I have been gg to taiwan for three consecutive years le, i think i can really emigrate to taiwan le! I simply love the food and fashion there!
